I bought two Lewmar 16stc winches
dose anyone have any thoughts on installing them on my C25
also i want to run my lines aft
im told that spinlock clutches will chew up the lines and that Lewmar wont
any comments?

I don't know where you're getting the info regarding Spinloks, but it is completely contrary to my experience. I've had Spinloks on both Port and Starboard sides of Snickerdoodle's cabin top for several years with no det

Ditto here, spinlocks work effectively and are no more harsh on ropes than a longshoremans hands. ( take that for what it's worth!)
