I'm looking for a 15"-18" Mooring Buoy like a Sur-moor T3C or Jim Buoy. If anyone has a used one let me know. New ones run about $125. I'm also looking for a Swivel Shackle to connect it to the anchor block.

Thanks,

If you have no other option except to buy new, Eastern Marine in Newark, DE has it for $110:

Found a great deal at Marinenutz.com on an 18" Sur-Moor buoy. The site has free shipping over $150 but it all has to come from the same warehouse. The Sur-Moor 18" is $110 and the hardware was another $15. I found a Paddle/Boat Hook combo for $26 to meet the $150. I really like this buoy as it has the thru-hole to attach the mooring line to the top. There is a recess in the top of the buoy that can hold the line while you are out sailing.
