We held this 3 race regatta on Saturday. Wind was up and down all afternoon - everything from zero to 16. And it was HOT, reaching 96 by mid-afternoon. We strted out haveing to be towed out to the lake by a passing power boater - the O/B wouldn't keep running or idle. Apparently the idle jet is blocked. After the races we tried to sail back into the marina but wind directions and wind speed would not co-operate so a fellow racer towed us back in and we dead-headed into the slip. (Whereupon my genoa trimmer remarked "that was a better docking than you do under power"!) Our main competition was a Colgate 26 who should have won all 3 races but at the last moment decided to run the wrong way which handed us 3 wins - and I hate winning races that way!

Just had to rub it in again didn't ya! I love that lake. I wish I could find a good used Hobie 16 or a little day sailor before I go on vacation next month. I'd sure like to get out on Canyon again.
At first I thought the pictures were from your boat but after taking a closer look I'm guessing you were TSU?
My coworker irritated me because he just sold a daysailer for $200 with trailer because he really wanted it out of his garage. He didn't tell me until AFTER he sold it!
