I'll give him a call today to see if I can set something up for tomorrow.

Looking at this picture, it appears there may be some damage around the rubrail below the aft most window?

Don, what is your e-mail address?, I will forward our communications so far. I am not scared of SOME work, esp. at this price point. .....As long as I am aware of what I am getting into.

The pictures in the ad showing really nice interior are from '03. Petite Unepoxy bottom btw.
Forward hatch also looks suspect for repairs.

I would be interested in if this boat looks cared for, major damage repair evidence or has it fallen into disrepair......

A C34 at that price point would be highly suspect.....unless it's one of those extremely rare "right place, right time" deals.....I'm interested to see how this pans out if y'all look into it further.

THANKS DON!!!! e-mail string from seller is in your inbox. Looking forward to your report. We have been wanting to upsize since last year. This year Dar has gotten better at ducking while moving about, but we spend weekends on board, so more room would be nice. At this price point, we may have to move up our timeframe.......

yep, very interesting in either case... at 1/3 the cost of comparables, I am a bit suspect myself. Don has offered a lot of good advice on the forum, so trust him to provide a good prognosis of whether this is a basket-case, a boat that is in deteriorating condition, a diamond in the rough or the heck-of-a-deal due to current economic conditions. The current owner is retiring from boat ownership due to age and health.

confirmed with the owner: he sold the boat. So the hunt continues, but the timing wasn't right anyway, I still have work to complete on my C25 to get it ready for sale, and some ca$h to save for the new boat.
Thanks for the help offer Don!
