Sat on the shore yesterday and counted 19 sailboats out enjoying the great day-made me miss my boat and wishing I was out there with them. We are on a two-month RV trip to visit family. Currently we are parked at Illinois Beach State Park on Lake Michigan. Had a great time with the grandkids (4) on the beach. Water was warm (Lake Michigan standards) wind was steady from the southeast, I guess about 15 to 20. Seas were 2 to 3 feet. We did some stunt kite flying, until it hit the ground one too many times. One 13-year-old grand daughter took to it quickly. I managed to get a Wright Flyer kite to stay up-first time in three years since I bought it.

Well, when you bring your RV across to Toronto, stop by and I'll get you out for a sail.

Enjoy your vacation!

Last time we were at John Pennekamp State Park in Key Largo, the boat next to us was towed by their RV!

Now that must have really good MPG! They were from Georgia, about 800 miles!
