Somewhere in the world, every once in a while, somebody screws up big-time. Hong Kong (Victoria) Harbor is... well... with high-speed ferries, junks, container ships, and everything else you can imagine, 24 hours a day, let's say it's amazing this is big news.

Having been in that harbor several times, I think it is a testament to management that it doesn't happen with regularity.

Agreed, the Star Ferry's seem to have a good record but as the higher speed and "party" variations become more popular either to get to Shenzhen or wine and dine locally the frequency I fear will increase
