I love it!! Purpose-built to a "T"--flat water sailing and bird watching. (Besides the flat bottom, note the open centerboard trunk.) I've never seen that technique for adding some "V" to the bottom at the bow. And imagine powering a C-25 with a Honda 2!
There's a lot of creativity and craftsmanship in that odd little package!

I'm confident that he was not aware that a 25ft Catalina with major parts of the hull cut&replaced with "Coke bottle green lexan windows on cabin", would have served him well plus...
Equipping this extra ordinary creation with lee boards could have enhanced room, complimented functionality and would certainly suit the appearance of this eye catching vessel... but perhaps at the cost of blocking the view?...
Hmmm... The freakiest thing I have personally seen I posted some years ago here. A woodie, fugly, with a flat bow... I also have seen at the Paris Yacht Show a 40 footer with inflatable cabin... Looking for photos soon...
