I've often referred to my boat as a plastic bucket with a big stick. That's really all that it is. So, if this boat really only sustained "water damage" and can be shown to be structurally intact, I'd think this to be a great opportunity for someone with a lot of soap and water and a knowledge of the electrical system that would need replacing. The photos don't show much other than a questionable spot along the deck/hull joint on the starboard side. That would require a very close inspection since it could be the straw that broke the camel's back in terms of repair options. I'd also want to get a good look at the standing rigging since they're reporting a broken spreader.
I've seen this boat in person... the inside is trashed... boat was underwater for a few days if not longer. Some fiberglass work to do, gouges and keel joint looks like it needs to be looked at. Rudder was twisted off as well as the ladder and guard are bent. not sure about guages, look like they were dunked, inside electrical needs replacing due to salt water. Inside woodwork will all need to be pulled out and redone. cushions are all water damaged and frozen, toilet and sink plumbing will need to be redone since the water is frozen inside all.
