It's dipping down to cool tonight, but when I look at the Barn where this capri is getting it's winter treat, I'm envious. It has to be sweet to be able to do projects there.

Thank you Paul. The metal building that came with this property has turned out to be a terrific bonus! The old girl needs lots of attention, all of it the heavy labor type, it's really starting to turn the corner now, there is just no way I could have done this right in this area without losing lots of my sailing season without it.

Is that a Trail-Rite trailer? Reminds me of the one I sold last year to a guy on the gulf coast. It is a real bonus to have a shed like that, perfect for working on your boat.

It's been snowing lightly all day here. Getting a dusting that started last night with rain turning to snow, warmed up just enough during the day to melt all but on tree limbs. It's cooled down enough that it is starting to stick again, at least on the ground; not on the streets yet.

Has been snowing off and all all day today. Meanwhile I was keeping a burn barrel going (burning branches from a hemlock)... my woodstove (splitting wood as I go along)... I put these coats of paint on... Wife was busy clearing some pasture of rocks. Did some more work too...

The trailer is a load right... but I agree, it's a very well thought out sailboat trailer. I need to tweak the design some though so that I can launch from the trailer easier. Strap launch. Having the droppable supports has been very handy.
