Located in Washington, NC.

1989 Catalina Tall Rig, wing keel

Bottom paint completely removed in 2010, cleaned quarterly since then

8 HP Honda long shaft bought new in 2010, few hours since purchase

Interior cushions and foam replaced by Catalina in 2007

Four spring motor mount by Catalina Direct

Original main by Catalina, four jibs including storm jib

I really don't want to sell this desirable boat but cancer dictates that I do.
Someone will be getting a nice boat. No trailer.

I am third owner.

Asking $7,500

Also available: Dingy with 2HP Nissan

1989 C25 TR WK, Sail No. 5914

Ooooooooo... That's not the reason I wanted to hear! But that's a nice price for an '89 wing!

Best wishes for your fight, Bill.

Dave, always enjoy reading your commentaries. A great contribution to the association.

I've been fighting C since December 2007 and made a lot of progress thanks to the wonderful Doctors at UNC Cancer Hospital. However, the cure has eliminated me from sailing. The boat has been mostly idle since 2010. At age 73 I should retire from sailing anyway!

Thanks for your comment.

Bill, sorry to learn of the sale, but I am glad it sounds like you are prevailing against cancer. Is there any way to post any photos? I would be very surprised if your price is not too low.
You will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Doug

Doug, I have photos but since my son gave me his Mac I will have to contact him to find out to access them for download. Hopefully I can do that today.

Thanks,

Bill

Bill,
Can you email me some pics, exterior & interior. Electric start?
I would have to find a trailer before I could buy it.

Or you could have a boat moving company move it for you/ It would be cheaper in the long run than buying and storing a trailer unless you plan to travel with it.

Click on the big picture of his boat above and it will take you to the gallery where you can see the pictures you are requesting.

Capt. Sam,

It's located at McCotter's Marina.
