FWIW, Kent Nelson, formerly of Catalina Yachts is now with Catalina Direct . . .

I'm sorry to see Kent go. He was always very responsive to my needs. Glad to see he landed somewhere else, especially since he can continue to help us.

I'm not surprised he left, since the person at Woodland Hills (Danni?) told me that they've moved the entire parts inventory to Largo, FL. The new parts guy is Ken Roy. I have left voicemail and emails for the past month and cannot get a response. I am less than pleased.

Yeah, my heart sank a little when I figured out exactly who I was speaking with at CD. Kent explained that Gerry was fielding C25 calls in Key Largo.

If this is the same guy I spoke with a couple of years ago, while trying to get a new swing keel cable and winch, he is worthless......

More than a few voice mails, then when I finally did talk to him, he said he needed to check the measurements, then he referred me to JSI for the cable, then he said he would call me back.

Never heard from him again.... Had to get the cable and parts from CD.

Pretty bad, since I live a 1/2 hour from the facility..

I always had a good experience dealing with Kent.
Catalina Direct has pretty good customer service, so at least something good came out of it.
