My 1 year old West Marine hard-bottom has a couple leaks not covered by warranty. I bought the $40 kit patch kit from WM. 1 small tube of glue and 6 4inch patches. The first took, the second didn't.

The second hole required me to cover partially over a seam. I probably did not cover enough of the seam on the first try.

Any tips? Now I am out of glue and am looking at Stabond, two part pvc adhesive....anybody have experience? Its $23 at WM.

Not a lot of experience here but I did a patch on my inflatable air floor but not at a seam. I used a roller to get any air bubbles out then put a piece of I-Beam on top until it was dry. It held.

There is a difference between PVC and hypalon inflatable patch kits.did you get the right one? seams are harder to seal use extra glue and patch while it is inflated tight.
