I have found another Catalina 25 for sale that is a 1988. It has a fixed keel. Any defects or concerns that I need to be aware of concerning the 1988 Catalina 25. I would appreciate any feed back...

Look for all the usual things for any other model. Then look into the bildge and inspect the keel bolts. Excessive rust would be a good reason to worry. I have a fixed keel and I never get more than a cup of water at any given time in the bildge. More mig
