We have booked flights to Baltimore for the boat show on 10/10/2013, but even the usboat website does not have a good map showing where the show is actually located.

any one able to post a Maps Google url to the show site?

We're looking to book a hotel today before it's totally booked out.

Thanks.

Paul

Thanks Dave, but I must be dumber than I thought.

Still cannot see where the Sailboat Show is located!

Sorry Paul, the link worked on my tablet, but not on my PC.

Here's a PDF of the venue, looks like it's on the corner of Compromise & Main right next to the Marriot: http://www.usboat.com/sites/default/files/2012-Sailboat-Show-Layout.pdf

North on the map seems to be roughly right-ish according to a map of Anapolis: http://goo.gl/maps/gA50U along "Ego Alley".

If I were to guess, I'd say the actual indoor venue is the pale turquoise roofed building between Prince George & King George streets just north of Ego Alley.

If you can get a room at the Marriot, you will be in the middle of everything - might be a bit too crazy depending on your desire to party. The Loews is really nice and is probably a bit quieter - away from the hustle but still a nice walk to the show.

Thanks Pat, we have a room at the Sheraton (Points ! )

We are not crazy party people, but we're both looking forward to the show and the Museum.

Makes sure you are there for the last day of the show when the show closes. Insane show as the whole thing moves out in like 45 minutes.

Sten, we have seen that video, but I have to be back at work on the Monday.

However, any pointers for things to do outside of the show would be very much appreciated.

Dave, thanks for the update, that map works. If I Google the boat show it's a trailer in an intersection of a couple of nowhere lanes.

Cross the bridge at Spa Creek and head up a ways and turn left. Go to the Boatyard Bar and Grill... A real sailors bar, the rest is just tourist crap...

Paul, I am so jealous. The boat shows in SoCal are kinda a joke. I think the best one is in Dana Point. I hope one day to make it there. Its on my bucket list.
