Shipping will require truck freight . . . I'm in the Ohio Valley. I'd even be interested in pole ends, piston style.

Not sure if mine fits the bill or not, but I've been thinking about selling it. I'd think the freight would be prohibitive from here to there, but if you're interested, I can measure it next time I'm down at the boat (maybe Sunday, Saturday will be the tailing off of our monsoons).

I am unsure of the length as well as the width. I'd guess the length a bit longer than J length of our C-250, and the width is going to be close to your desired width.

I'll see if I can find a picture of it and post here.

I have a wood spinnaker pole. It is completely rigged, just needs some freshening up on the paint. It is 10 feet long and is tapered. Close to the desired 2.5" at the middle and tapers down to about 1.5 inches on the ends.

I am in the St. Louis, MO area. I realize it is not exactly what you are looking for. However, if interested, let me know and we can work out the details.

David,
Curious, as to what wood your pole is made out of? I do not need one, just curious.

I'm going to assume you misread my question as opposed to posting a smart aleck response.

Hi David C and thank you for your kind offer. I'm looking for a metal spinnaker pole, aluminum 6061, clear anodized for those with inquisitive minds.

OJ,
Got down to the boat today. My pole is slightly smaller than what you're looking for, but FWIW, it's 9'-6 for the pole itself, and the ends add another 8" or so, so the distance between ends is pretty close to 10'. It's diameter is 2".

I have an old spinnaker pole that I used on my C25. It is aluminum in perfect condition 2 1/2" dia, but only 9ft 7" long. Could it be that the length you need is 10.5ft including the ends? My pole has no end fittings. It is yours if you can figure a cheap way to ship it. I live in Eugene Oregon.

Thanks for the information. The C25 parts catalog states 10.5', and I assume that is tip to tip.

Freight from Eugene to Pittsburgh is probably a deal breaker.

I've got my eyes set on 2.5" diameter for added strength for when someone makes a mistake.

Recently made a really nice pole from an old Laser top section. It is 2.5' and fits the Forespar ends perfectly. Total cost was about $150.00
