I've got a new spin pole/whisker pole pad eye car for sale. I bought it for the C-25 but sold the boat before installing a track to hold it.
Inside diameter of ring is 1-3/4", ring thickness is 3/8", and it works on a track 1-1/4" wide, 1-1/4" with the nylon insert. I'm pretty sure that a 1" track would be too narrow. Asking $15 plus postage.
