Did anyone see this show last night? They showed a Catalina 445 hull being built. They skipped an awful lot, but it was still cool to see it happen.

I have it on my DVR if uhhh... anyone wants to come over after work.

The YouTube segment was cool but my audio dropped out about half way thru. Looks like a nice boat...
My son used to PVR the show when he was home.

Every week or two I went up to NH to watch my Eastern being built--a fun process--I took some pix. It also allowed me to point out some customizations they weren't doing quite as we'd agreed, so they could be fixed before it was too late. And it convinced me that boat is built like a Sherman tank--not elegant by contemporary standards, but certainly durable. If I were to do all of that again, I'd buy some breathing equipment.
Pictures?

Most of the construction pix aren't very good because the flash picked up all of the fiberglass dust in the air--like a snowstorm. I eventually figured out I needed to turn off the flash and brighten the pix digitally. I don't have them on-line now. Besides, this is a Catalina sailing site!
