I have two catalina 25s now. The admiral says I can only have one. So I am selling The swing keel boat for $4500. here is the link to the craigslist ad http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/nva/boa/4204097830.html

four sails : a loose footed standard size main (relatively new), a tall rig main, an 80% jib (hank on), a 150 % genoa (hank on)

spinnaker pole
winches and rope clutches on cabintop. sail controls led to cabin.
sheet winches
boom vang
depth and knotmeter.
bulkhead compass
life jackets
keel winch maintenance done this year
trailer has tongue extension and new hydraulic disk brakes
bottom was painted with vc-17 last year, so this year no sanding. just clean it and put on another coat.

unfortunately my motor was stolen, thus the low price for the boat. The marina manager near me has a new 8hp yamaha electric start that he wants 1800 for ill bet he'll take 1200. anyways longshaft outboards are readily available on ebay for less than 900.
