After we got everything packed up, we realized we didn't have room for the bimini in the pick-up truck. We don't leave it on the boat while raising and lowering the mast. So I threw this together and strapped it on with four bungy cords. Easy in every respect!

I leave ours on the boat. Normally when the bimini is folded and the mast is down for transportation the mast extends past the push pit and I tie the folded bimini to it and let it hang off the stern. I tie it to the push pit while lowering the mast.

On JD, we collapse the Bimini and cover it with the Bimini Boot then lower it forward onto the cockpit seats.

I use a roof rack and 2x4s to bring my dodger between home and the boat as well. I like to remove the dodger or bimini when I won't be needing them.

My Bimini fits into the cabin for winter storage. Pull the mounting pins and wiggle it through the companion way.
