OR: Why I like my marina even though it doesn't have a swimming pool, tennis courts, or flowers in the restroom.

Knowing that this is an extremely busy time for the marina, I called to see if there was any chance that they could make new standing rigging and ship it to me by the end of Nov. if I left my old rigging when I picked up the boat this weekend. Today was my scheduled haul out. I got a call this afternoon to tell me that the boat was on the trailer and the mast was in the rigging shop and the rigger has already started.
