So, anyone ever shipped their C25 to Europe and spend a summer exploring? It is considered a costal cruiser - correct?

Probably cheaper to charter one there, or buy one there and sell it before leaving, if you plan to be there for several months.

I know somebody who shipped a 46' Baltic back from Europe after doing the Transatlantic race (winning his class) a couple of years ago... I'll ask him about it--not sure when.

I don't know the history of mine, because it was shipped here around 1995.
Problem is the duty and VAT, but if you want just to sail your own, I think it could not be such a problem. Especially if you have the trailer.
There are some companies doing this services, but I think that just shipping to some European port would cost between $1000-2000.
