Last May the lake flooded and the marina was damaged. We were able to get to our boats via a temporary floating walkway. We could not get out to sail due to the misplaced docks that came off their pilings. That was in May. Mid June I left for a summer trip and returned the end of August to find that they had not yet fixed the docks that were out of place, nor was the power & water back on. We could get out to sail for a few weeks then they started to move the misplaced docks back into their correct position and I could not get to my boat for a few weeks. Yesterday, I found the gates working but my gate card would not work. They forgot to record my annual slip payment. The office fixed the program. I finally got to my slip with the power and water working and I can now go sail my boat again. Luckily I have been able to sail with friends until now.

Hope they give you a credit for the time you were not able to get to your boat or leave the dock.
