What's the easiest way to remove PO boat name? I will also need to remove the registration numbers... it looks like all are vinyl.

Thanks,

-Richard

Use a heat-gun or hairdryer

What he said. We used a Harbor Freight heat gun on it's lowest setting to remove the previous name & out of state registration. Then used polishing compound to remove the "ghosting" from the dissimilar weathering due to sun exposure. If you know exactly where to look, and the light's right, you can actually pick out the previous two names of our boat.

$12 Harbor Freight head gun worked a charm. I used a rag with a little acetone on it to wipe off the sticky edges, then washed it down with water.

Thanks for the tip,

-Richard
