No, the association has nothing to do with the Dropbox issue--it just allows you into the Photo Gallery which you can upload to in a similar way. You probably have a letter in the mail (or in processing) with a password to let you put pix in the Photo Gallery. Meanwhile, I can only say Shutterfly works here for me. There are others...

Michael, I think I remember someone else had trouble with potos on drop box but I'm not positive. I uploaded 2 photos you sent me to Flickr to post them here. One is in the up position and one is down. Both with the new mount and the 20" motor.

My static waterline at the transom was right at the top of the skeg. To my eye, the lower photo shows the anticavitation plate about 2-3" below that, which is not ideal but will get you around. It also appears to me your motor is trimmed up one notch (the pin in the holes behind the mounting board). Trimming it down to vertical will give you a little more depth. Be careful about going onto the foredeck with the motor running--it just might start sucking air. (I had that issue with the "L" shaft motor that came with my boat--replaced by an XL a couple of years later.)
Just a guess, it looks like that nice, long tiller handle might interfere with tilting the motor so its skeg and prop are out of the water. That might be solvable by lowering the handle a little before lifting the bracket, so it ends up under rather than against the stern rail.
EDIT: I missed the earlier post where Michael replaced the L motor (pictured) with an XL. It would seem he's good and deep now.

My profile says, member since May 1st, might just take time?
To All, When someone joins, the admin (me) manually links the Members Area account to the Forum account. This something I do in my spare time. Yes, I'm usually slow.
Michael, welcome aboard you didn't do anything wrong.
