I just got back from Lake Travis this past Monday. I've been going there since the mid-60's.
In fact, it was at LT that I first got the bug to learn to sail. We were on vacation staying at a place called Lake Travis Lodges which is no longer there. The closest marina on the West side of the lake near Starnes Island is still there but the cabins are gone.
BKPC25 Nice article. My boat came from Lake Travis. Lake was down 45 feet the day we loaded it. Glad to see the lake is full again. It was a sad site when so low.

Thx for the comments. She is ours, hull #1389, only the spinnaker and maybe the storm jib are original. I am not sure what year they have switched to the U-shape/drop down table. Any catalogs I have found don't show the L-shapes. Lake Travis was down 65 feet from full for over two years, but came back two Mays ago. Now it is slowly dropping, so "Sometimes Island is popping out. Which is a peninsula in the middle of the lake. Please keep checking back I have a lot more pix to share of projects.
