My wife and i were talking over lunch about summer vacation. I mentioned that I was toying with the idea of going to c25/c250 nationals.

"Where?" She asks.

"Syarcuse, Indiana," I replies.

"Where's that?" She asks.

"I don't know. I think north part of state." I says.

"Maybe near Bil and Lin?" She asks.

"Um, maybe," I says.

"We could visit them, we are due to go there . . .."

Long story short, Syracuse is 60 miles south of where they live (Mapquest says 1 hour and 42 minutes), so maybe . . ..

Need to make sure it works with Bill and Lin, and that Char was serious, and the church says ok, and then I'll be there, looking for a ride (ready to work - blessing the fleet, and if interest, a brief time to gather for worship - some one said something like that a few months ago.)

Derek,

No, I'm available to crew for anyone that would have me. I'd like to bring the boat, but osmepneo does not have a trailer and I have nothing to tow her with, so, I'll come and crew. Or, drive for someone who wants to learn something about racing. Whatever.

Plans are developing. Out friends 60 miles north are going to be home, so Char has a thing to do, and we are planning on visiting them around Nationals.
