What could possibly go wrong??? All the usual stuff, but it does look like a simple solution with no more risk . . . . . well, then again (smile)

Sorry for any implication that a burning flame inside a plastic boat with flammable contents nearby is in any way ok, fine, safe or an acceptable risk.
Everyone must make their own assessments of risk of fire destroying your or others’ boats and putting lives at risk. Furthermore, the threat of CO poisoning or asphyxiation is very real and should not be discounted.
While no human activity is truly 100% safe, it should be obvious that a portable unvented heater of any kind aboard could result in injury or death.

Shoot, I thought the red letters meant we could get away with telling folks they should light their sails on fire during a race to improve draft.
