Has anyone found any way of replacing or successfully repairing these?
Mine have a few chunks missing around the top where the little clamps fasten to them.

Thanks,
Chris

Chris,

The accordion pleat door to my head in my 1979 C-25 had the same problem. I took out the stock door and installed beach towel curtains.

To do this, I replaced a couple of the screws at the top of the bulkheads with screweyes, tied some 1/8" line very tightly between them (using a trucker's hitch), sewed a wide hollow hem at the top of the beach towels (enough to keep them off the sole), threaded them on the strings, and called it done.

One or two other C-25 owners have build very impressive folding wooden doors for the passage though the head compartment. I'm just not that ambitious or talented.<img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>
