I have an old (1985 or so) CDI continuous line Reefer 4/6/7 furler on my 85 C-25.
Does anybody know what the size of the luff tape is on the jib? I have a light weight 150 jib (for a standard rig)with window, that I would like to advertize to trade for a 110, but I can't find what the size the luff is to fit the furler. Tried the CDI web site, but all they have is a phone number. Many thanks.
When I put the cdi furler on osmepneo, I had to have the sail recut. I told the sail maker what type of furler, and he then took care of the recut, which included the luff tape.
So, I'd suggest asking a sail maker. </font id='Tahoma'>

My 4/6 Type "O" (1981) uses #6 tape. Here's a link to other spare parts info. (CDI furler parts).
You can also confirm by calling the company. The owner usually answers the phone (or returns messages) and has always been very friendly and helpful when I've had questions.
