Yesterday at Canyon Lake was sunny and about 75 degrees with 20-30 maph winds, I saw a few boats out so I put in the second Reef on the main and joined them with 5-50% of the jib (depending on the gust). Here is a Graph of the winds from our neighbor yacht club LCYC: Buzz was out with his crew on his main just a flyin! Check out the Web cam at the LCYC web page: http://www.lcyc.net/webcam.html I averaged 5.5 knots and hit 6.7 on a beam reach...the fastest this boat has ever gone! really like the 250, Steve
