Given the advice to buy anchors one size larger than recommended, I'm considering the 22 lb. Horizon Claw for a primary and a 15 lb. Danforth for a secondary. My question: will the Claw 22 & rode fit in the anchor locker of the 250? (I know both won't fit, but plan to hang the Danforth on the bow pulpit - maybe with a little tux on, like Suzie's...)

Interesting question... Comparing the dimensions of the 16.5 and the 22.

The 22 is 1.75 inches longer, only 1/4 inch higher and 1.25 inches wider so my guess is that it would fit in the locker as I'm able to get the 16.5, and a 12 lb danforth and 200 feet of 1/2 inch rode for each in the locker.

By hanging the Danforth off the pulpit, it would probably work.
