And why don't they offer their full product line on their website?

I want to get some things that are in the catalog that are not on their website but my catlog is on the boat. I have no time to call them during their business hours either.

What to do?

I think it is intentional. Without a personal conversation during the order process their returns would kill them. Lowell would never get anything done if his email were given out. You need to figure out how to call them during business hours. You will be glad you did.

Also, their web site is pretty good considering who they really are, they are simply a dealer in Caly called the Foredeck dba Catalina Direct.

I've dealt with CD and would say that they know what they are doing! They also know what I need ... Borrow a cell phone and call them at lunch time...Good Luck.

They don't place their catalog on the website so they can charge you $10 to order it.
