I received a fleet application from Fleet Captain Gary Norgan of the San Diego/Mission Bay Catalina Fleet, the Seventh Fleet. Their paper work is in order and they have been awarded a fleet charter.

When you get a chance reply to the newest fleet in the growing stable of active c25/250 fleets. And if you are in a position to accept Gary's challenge of the most number of c25/250's in a row, or on the docks, you are in a position to thinking about a fleet.
