I think you need to be more specific, there is a drain at the bottom of the anchor well which needs to be clear of debri, it empties through a drain tube along side the right front side of the bow, also the boat needs to be kept pretty even or the drain channels around the anchor hatch and the front hatch will not drain properly. Are you talking a C250 or C25? "Bear" on the semi-hard in upstate N.Y.
I agree with Bear, you need to provide a wee bit more info. My 250 had two leaks up front. The first was the water hose which had a small pin hole and would leak when the holding tank was being filled. The hose needed to be replaced. Second was the access port in the anchor locker. I found when I'd hose the anchor locker after using rode, that water would be in tracks leading back to bilge.. Traced water entry to the access port. Good luck.
Had the same hole in the filler hose that Suzie had....it was caused by a screw from the snap that holds the pouch in the v-birth. It squirted on TOP of the ceiling liner, then eventually it woulc come back down. Stick a hose in the filler tube, open and empty the v-birth, and open the access plate behind the pouch. Run the hose and observe......
