I am looking for any hints for steering the C 250 when using the motor (especially in tight spots during docking procedures). It appears to me that the rudder alone does not provide enough response and that it is necessary to turn the motor to perform tight turns in between piers but the contortions necessary to move the motor proved to be my undoing. Are there any commercially availible devices that allow the motor to be pivoted without bending over and looking backward?

I found this from EZ Steer in a SAIL magazine. Purchased from Cabalas Sporting goods. My main problem was steering while backing out of the slip. Very easy to install. Email me if you wqant the details etc. Good Luck
