The port side of the 'traveller' for the main is slowly working itself loose. I've tried to contort myself, then one of my kids, to try and reach/touch the bolt/nut that holds it in place - no luck.

You might consider drilling the access hole to expose the upper gudgeon instead since you will probably need to replace it in the future. Don't forget the Loctite!
