Tall rig mast is 30 feet and I believe the waterline to base of mast height is around 4 to 5 feet maximum. Equals around 34 or 35 feet total. I have a masthead antenna that is round 2 feet long so total would be (easy math here) 37 feet. The standard mast is 28 feet with most other dimensions being equal. Just go slow when approaching a bridge at high tide...
I usually start to get concerned on any bridge under 40 Feet. We don't have to worry about the tide around here, so the posted height usually doesn't require any additional calculation.
