Hey Bruce,
I told Lowell Richardson the owner of Catalina Direct about your boat. He told me once that he would like to get an 89 wing. I told him to look at the website, and gave him your number, I didn't think that you would mind.
Good luck.

Selah's dodger sure looks nice! There aren't many prettier sights than a Catalina 25 "lookin' good" on a sunny day with the water sparkling around her.

Hi Bruce
Sorry to hear that you are selling Selah. Too bad about Fern Ridge Reservoir. Nice boat from what I recall, fully equipped and a very popular year. I doubt you'll have much trouble finding a happy buyer. That's a really good price and any work you've done on her was surely first class.
Have to say that I was very impressed with how you handled the sale of the 83 I bought from you. Everything was exactly as agreed, even when it became a little inconvenient for you. Definitely went the extra mile. If you'd like a character reference, please feel free to have any prospective buyers call or email me.
My regards to Ronda.

Just to let everyone know that Selah has been sold to Dee Reed of Sacramento CA. I think Larry Charlot is starting an 89 fleet down there. I here tell there are around 8 or 9 89 wings at Folsom lake. Dee has been a C22 owner for years and is very excited about stepping up to a 25. Please welcome her to the fleet. This forum has been awesome and I believe it is the best group of people found anywhere. I will look in every so often to see how things are going.

Just curious....what is the purpose for the track and car mounted on the leading edge of the mast on Selah?

The track mounts a whisker pole. With the track you can adjust the height of the pole. It is probably more important if you are using a symetrical spinnaker, then you can adjust the height as well.

That makes sense. Thanks Bruce. Don't have a spinnaker so am (was until now) clueless about whisker poles.
