Hi All, I'm posting this for sale ad for a friend. The boat is in York, PA which is really close to Baltimore.

1984 Catalina 25 Fin Keel, no trailer.
The owner's not sure if it's a standard rig or tall rig.
Traditional interior
Hull#: 4631
2 year old marine head with sink on starboard side
with 1 season old/new fresh water Mercury motor & new tank , fuel lines with 10 hours max.
CDI R/F 2002,
manual bildge new 2004,
2 Great sails, sleeps 6, poptop with 5'5" headroom, 8 foot beam, 4 foot draft, nice but orig.cushions inside and white vinyl zipper cushions out, new white berber carpet spring 2004, white mini blinds, beautiful oak tiller, hatch screens, depth meter, windex, windscoop, 100 fresh unused achor rope on roll, older danforth anchor, dock lines blue,2 battery,shore power cords,alcohol stove, all new safety lines winter 2003 by Tidewater, all new running rigging spring 2004 by Tidewater, fresh black rubrail. All professionally installed. A few minor spider cracks. Teak is oiled. Hard deck. ABL bottom coated spring of 2004. Fresh water boat and motor. Last Surveyed 2003. Never raced. 3rd owner. Tan hull, blue waterline.White and tan deck. White and Blue lines.

The boat is on a trailer, but the trailer belongs to someone else and is not included in the sale. Arrangements can be made to use the trailer for transport if necessary, but I think it has to be returned sometime in the Spring.
