I would hate to know this was my boat! I passed this today on an interstate near Atlanta. There were two boats on the deck of a tractor trailer the C25 was in on the front. There was not much holding the C25 to the deck of this truck as you can see. I didn't see anything holding the boat to its own trailer either.

I'd say that's one stiff trailer frame as well!

It looks like that truck driver needs to be ticketed for an unsafe load.
What the heck was holding up the aft end of the c25's trailer ?!?

Did you see anything holding the c25 to the flatbed (besides gravity?)

The back of the trailer was supported by stacks of wood on each corner of the trailer. If you look close there appears to be a strap holding the tongue of the trailer down. There was another strap over the rear of the trailer. "Nothing holding the boat to its trailer". That was a definitely a unsafe load! All it would take, is for him to have to make a sudden stop or swerve to avoid something and ...

I can hear the driver now... "I was not going that far, I was driving slow"

Don, what browser are you using?
I couldn't see it using Opera, so I went to Internet Explorer and the pic came up.

Don, you are correct. The orginal code for the img was ftp://potterhouse:catalina@webpages.charter.net/Just%20Pictures/flying%2025.jpg
Modern versions of IE should be able to fetch that image. (I'm using 6.2.09 and can see it.) What version of IE are you using?

the correct code shoud have been http://something I did a search on charter.net and could not find the img.

Perhaps Tom can edit the post and fix the link so everyone can see it.

I hope that Catalina had a "balanced" rudder.
