Just a brief note to highlite two revisions to my original post: 1. Asking price reduced to $11,900 2. Last official survey - all positive results was in May 2002. I can supply via fax if required.
The C30 is in the fresh water at Smith Mtn. Lake, VA, mast up - sails on - and has been since I took delivery from the Boston P.O. in mid 2003. On delivery @ SML, I had the holding tank installed. That new fuel tank - 2005 ?? is actually a project in process - if I can find the time - TEMPO fuel tank install should be complete next weekend.. Kinda tough to run the engine with out that little jem!
I also apologize for the delay in providing photos. Only ones I have are from the original delivery and the boat and cosmetics have dramatically changed since then. I'll get them taken ASAP, however my slip is some 2.5 hours - 1 way - from my house.
Just for the list's FYI as well - If I were to accept a trade for a C25 as part of the deal, I would only consider a trade for a later 1980's (1985 and newer) model, TR/FK or WK w/ all halyards led aft. I realize that is very restrictive but I do not want to deal with a SK again. Keep in mind I owned a 1985 C25 SR/SK (#5541) for several years so I am very familiar with the vessel. Thanks for your interest.
