Getting things together for collecting our new C250WB next month.
Scoured the forums but found nothing about Anti scuff pads.
We have a Laser II Sailing dingy right now, and whenever we trail it, we put some padding between the hold down straps and the fiberglass edge of the boat.
What do you guys do to prevent scuffing of the edge where the straps pass over the edge of the boat during trailer trips?

(Don't want to cause any damage on the very first trip from the dealership )

Oh, the laser II and trailer are going on the market this week.

Joint Decision. (Sold)
PO C250WB 2005 Sail # 841.

Nothing fancy here, an old kitchen towel... folded as suits my eye. With a brand-new 250 though... hmmm... might have to spring for some fancy new "designer" towels... ;>)

Ha! Perhaps I should have asked Matha Stewart
I think she is allowed to use email.

(We use the same idea of the towels on the laser.)

New carpet scraps, pile towards the boat of course. Check in the dumpster behind any carpet store. (Old carpet might contain abrasive dirt.)

When my boat arrived from the factory they used "carpet scraps" as Leon has described. Dan #747
