Fortunately, these scary things are a thing of the past:
Cracks forward of the keel-before.
Cracks forward of the keel-after.
Biggest blister on the block, about the size of a softball.
This aft crack corresponds with the cockpit sole support member. No flex there, so it cracked when the PO realized the depth sounder didn't work anymore.
Now it looks like this.
Lots of blisters, some delam too!
Repaired blisters.
Keel work, some anyway, this weekend.

They are uploaded now, in the Swimmer folder. I'll upload the pictures of the repairs after they are complete. The fiberglass work is complete, but I haven't taken any pictures. I had planned on doing most of the finish flairing this weekend, but unfortunately we are not going to have warm enough temperatures so it will be at least another week before I can do that. More and more, it's looking like a June launch date. It's a very slow spring up here, got up to 28F this morning. That's cold for May!
