Not sure if this will help you, but a squirt of WD40 on your finger or whatever you are spreading the caulking with will keep the caulking from sticking to you. Be sure to squeeze the material where you want it first. WD40 even helps to wipe up the mess. At least this has been my experience with 3M's 5200.
