Hi there -

Long story, but this weekend I sheared off my Boom Casting that is attached to the gooseneck. Bad news is Catalina Direct is back ordered 4 to 6 weeks. I doubt anyone has one laying around they would be willing to sell me - but who knows ....

I would buy a spare boom if that was the only way to get it ...

I have to have it no later than next weekend for the big family float on Memorial Day.

Thanks!

John

John,

Have you tried the parts department at Catalina Yachts?

Hi John,

You might also send an email to David Luchenbach. He operates the web site Sailing Texas, and he occasionally has used C-25 parts. Here's a link to his email: Dave Luchenbach

Good luck!

How about making a temp repair with an eyebolt. It you baby it, you might be able to get by with an unusual setup.

Tom.
