The baby is nearly here, birth is due Sunday Morning at Boaters Exchange. Little KnotALot is going for her maiden splash around 07 double bubble.

Ok, so what is the appropriate length of the trailer tie downs for the C250WB?

<i>BTW, Jerry of Boaters Exchange is going out of his way to accomodate us. We had a last minute delay that prevents us picking up the boat on Saturday, but we negotiated a Sunday morning pickup at the boat ramp.</i>

Joint Decision. (Sold)

It all depends how you are going to tie it down. As you can see from this post I went over the top and back down to the trailer with 4"X 25'Tie down straps. I also added the Trucker style ratchets to the trailer. See this post http://www.catalina25-250.org/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=8665

Keith has a great setup for securing the boat/trailer, check out the pic from his link above.. I did some surfing because I want the same setup, and found this great budget trucker wholesale website. http://www.lowcosttrailersupplies.com/Trailer_Parts/k06x1.html

Cargo Strap winches $13.42 (15,000lbs rated)
Cargo webbing 30ft x 4" $15.51 (15,000lbs rated)

So, this mod can be done for under 2 boat units. Only thing is that the winches are weld on style, so you would have to drill holes for the grade 5 mounting bolts if you dont want to weld them on.
