Hi Bea, a few more pieces of information please:
Where?
How much?
Trailer?
Tall rig or standard?
What sails?
Wire or rope halyards?
Furler?
Lines led back? (never raced is not a good thing to me, it implies old out of date hardware and rigging)
PS An 84 fixed keel is a very desirable boat.

Sometimes "has been raced" implies tired sails and a patched up boat.

<font color="blue">Hello Frank,
Where: York, PA
Trailer? have a "semi-permanently borrowed" trailer with tags easily transported.
Tall rig or standard? std pop top
What sails? main and furling
Wire or rope halyards? rope
Furler? yes
Lines led back? just r/f
PS An 84 fixed keel is a very desirable boat:(agreed)
well kept boat...first mate is active Crew member of USCGA...6.6 knots under sail...that motor is auxillary power only for the harbour...
Make an offer.
Have a good day sailing,
First Mate Bea
