Hi all,
If anyone would like an almost free C25 [ $ 100.00 ] I'm basically giving mine away. The cost to haul/store is just getting too expensive, that and I'm getting on in years - just not able to do the maintenance anymore.
The boat is listed on Craigs List / RI [Rhode Island]. Obviously it cannot stay on it's current mooring - once the new owner takes ownership it MUST be moved. It has many many extras: Late model Honda 9.9 Electric start - extra long shaft, 120 jib with recent new sun-screen replaced. Simrad tiller pilot, new cockpit cushions, 120v Inverter, Marine transceiver, and Solar panel charger. Also have a set of stands and a keel block.
It's currently moored in Brenton's cove / FT Adams st. park in Newport RI. I have a potential sale going that I will know the disposition of Monday but lately I've had quite a few but they all seem to fall apart when the new owner is faced with taking possession and moving the boat.
Again to be clear: It MUST be moved - it cannot stay on the current mooring AND the mooring cannot be transferred - NOT POSSIBLE.

Greetings everyone, finally sold the boat, gave it away really - and believe it or not even that is not easy these days. Mooring and Winter haul/storage is just getting too expensive. Nobody wants a boat with a huge overhead like that.

This place has been a great wealth of information - I'll still bounce in on occasion. I may eventually get an 18 or 19 ft trailerable boat.
