Folks - As many of you, the regulars, know the Swap Meet area of the forum is prone to Scammers. Most of the scam posts include a link to a malicious website or a link to malware that can really ruin your day! In the past, the posts’ titles seemed off or weird and offered a clue to not even open the post to see what it’s about. Some they were offers for miracle cures or free stuff. But more recently, titles seem at least a little more clever - things about computers or maybe even boat-related items. But they’re still SCAMS! Don’t click it or you might regret it. If it’s about someone selling a sailboat, or a dinghy, or sails, or something folks can use, then yeah - give it a look-see. But if not, please ignore it. There are a few out here now that are seemingly honest, but aren’t. If you happen to read one, please post the title in a post below.
