Yes we did sorry to say but... the two, Someday Lady and Someday Baby belong somehow together.
We now have an 8ft inflatable which we hope will match and befriend our new C250WB But... not much can beat the fun we had with our temperamental, stubborn, fun loving and wandering dinghy. With her quick add-on, home-made styrofoam filled floatation tubes she became worthy of many incident free wanderings. We loved her...

Posted - 05/02/2019 : 20:21:18 We would love to meet up with you David.
However, due to previous commitments we are unable to leave BC much before the end of June. Visiting along the 2000 mile way going East will bring us to Parry Sound, Ont. (actually Payne's Marina in Pointe Au Baril) sometime during the first half of July.
On arrival the boat & trailer will need to be set-up, personalized and serviced including wheel bearings, raising bow and stern of the horizontal mast and make things comfortable which may take a few days. I'll be our home for the next two or three months including the road trip back to British Columbia
Hopefully there won't be any surprises. With a little bit of luck we just may be able to meet you.

We hope to arrive back in Ontario with our truck early July to sail parts of the 30,000 islands in Georgian Bay, Ontario and transit through the Trent/Severn waterway to Trenton on lake Ontario and beyond to perhaps the end of September.
I will be in Toronto the last two weeks of June and then in the North Channel the first two weeks of July with my C250. Maybe we will cross paths out on the road. If you see a C250WK behind an ambulance, that would be me.

Posted - 05/01/2019 : 19:19:20 Ah... you have no idea how good it feels to be back in the fold. Thank you for welcoming us. What got into us in the first place to sell the boat
We're happy with the new boat and its inventory. We hope to make and add some modifications before arriving in Ontario. At this time we do not have photo's since the boat was still "packed away", in winter storage when we looked at her.
If at all possible and time permitting we would love to explore both the 30.000 Georgian Bay islands as well as the famous Thousand Islands.
Thank you guys for inviting us back... we'll keep you posted

Are you really going to spend all that time going through the waterways to Trenton, and not spend a few more days Eastbound to go through the Thousand Islands?!

Planning our 2019 summer sailing, we became, as of April 24th, the proud owners of a pristine C250WB located in northern Ontario.
That is GREAT news! 'Can't wait to get the photos and highlights of your trip.
CONGRATULATIONS!!

Someone locally has a trailer-able 25ft Nimble Nomad listed without sails.
